Alcohol Service Shopper Program
A program designed to make certain your bar staff is not a liability to you. We will visit your establishment either randomly, or at a time determined by yourself. We can visit once, or we can arrange an extended program. We will watch for violations of law, including over service and failure to check I.D.'s

Restaurant Secret Shopper Program
We will anonymously shop your restaurant and provide a detailed report on the quality of service & food.
We will also provide within the report outside conditions such as the cleanliness of the parking lot and entrance way and rest rooms. Upon request, we can test the menu knowledge of the server. We will check to ensure that credit cards slips are filled out properly. Other items that we will check for include, but are not limited to: Was the temperature of a comfortable level; Did we observe a manager present; Was suggestive selling used; Were we greeted by the host staff in a reasonable amount of time; After being seated, were we greeted by the server in a reasonable amount of time; did meals arrive as ordered; Did the server show menu knowledge by making suggestions; was food delivered in a timely manner; to slow, or too rushed? I.D. Update & I.D. Checkpoint

As individual states change the format of their drivers' licenses, we will send color reproductions to you to share with your staff.
