New England Restaurant & Night Club Management
"A Collaborative Solution, Not Just An Expert Opinion"™

Robert G. Stefanik has more than 20 years of hospitality experience. He has worked as a waiter, bartender, lounge supervisor, and restaurant manager. Prior to forming his own business he worked for Marriott and Sheraton Hotels, Pizzeria Uno, ARA Services, & Daka International, now a part of the Compass Group. To our knowledge, Robert is the only server trainer that still actively manages a casual theme restaurant and bar today. This allows him to continuously apply theory to ensure that it does work in practice.

He was a *T.I.P.S.® trainer from 1992-1997 and is currently certified by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association to train servers using the BAR CODE® program.

Robert G. Stefanik

He was a contributing writer to the Massachusetts Beverage Price Journal (now Massachusetts Beverage Business) from 1994-1996. He has been published in the New England hospitality tip newsletter, developed by Whit's Media and on Foodservice.com.

He was a guest speaker of the Vermont Department of Liquor Control and has addressed many municipalities within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a member of *Toastmasters International, Inc., a not-for-profit group dedicated to the art of public speaking. His services have been retained to consult on liquor liability cases as far away as Montana.

Richard E. Laracy was employed for 37 years as a police officer with the City of Quincy, MA.
He retired in 1997 as a Detective Sergeant. For the last 11 years of his career he was the city's liquor inspector and License Board's Investigative Agent. As Liquor Inspector, he oversaw the City's 160 liquor licenses. He is an expert on fraudulent I.D.'s. He holds degrees from Anna Maria College, Northeastern University, and Quincy College.

"I have nothing but good to say about the guy! He's always been a true professional and done an excellent job. Besides discouraging liquor violations before they happen, Laracy's emphasis on education helped promote public safety and cut the number of lawsuits".
- Francis Mullen, Chief of Police, City of Quincy, MA.

"Sgt. Laracy has been both an innovator and a leader in alcohol enforcement. His expertise in spotting phony drivers' licenses ranks him as an authority on the subject".
 - Maurice DelVendo, Chief ABCC Investigator
