appeared against their own clients that were facing civil liability legal action.

| COMPANY HISTORY
New England Restaurant & Night Club management was originally founded in 1992 as Massachusetts Beverage Law Consultants, by Robert G. Stefanik. It was a sole proprietorship. Its main focus was to provide TIPS training to alcoholic beverage licensees, with the goal of educating licensees in tactics to avoid suspensions & revocations of their licenses. |  | In January of 1995, the company's focus broadened to encompass a wide variety of hospitality specific training & consulting services.
In 1997, the company stopped using the TIPS program, in favor of the BAR
CODE PROGRAM.
